I enrolled in a 10 week class for beginners under the teachings of Kathy Bellavia and thoroughly enjoyed the classes. Kathy was well prepared for each lesson providing handouts of music that was worked on in class. I had been learning to play the uke prior to the class and finished the course as a more accomplished player, no longer afraid to join seasoned uke players in jam sessions. The Music Makers is an incredible program for all ages! My toddler has been taking music class with Kathy for the last 6 months and it is the highlight of her week! She proudly beams as she shows me her music class stamp, and we practice the songs every night before bedtime. I highly recommend this program- it's never too early to get children interested in the arts, and Ms. Kathy is the best!

Kathy Bellavia's music program is exceptional! This is my 11th year teaching her child-themed music curriculum in a Matthews church preschool, and I have enjoyed and been blessed by every minute of it. All children, from infants to T-K's, become thoroughly engaged in the songs, instruments, and movement activities as the lesson plans build from week to week. Kathy's vast knowledge, creative genius, and steadfast expertise have combined to provide a musical program that is unmatched. Every parent will want their child to experience and be delighted by Kathy's heart-warming approach to age-appropriate musical education.
